EAST WINDSOR, NJ – Sterling Properties’ The Woods at East Windsor was recently honored with the prestigious “Community of the Year Award for an Adult Community (55 plus)” by the New Jersey Builder’s Association at the 2017 Sales and Marketing Awards (SAM).
The Woods at East Windsor is a collection of 86 upscale active adult rental homes with more than 80% of its studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments leased since officially opening in fall 2016.
